The room service definitely needs improvement. Staff seemed inexperienced, a problem considering the expected level of service for a four-star hotel. For example, my towels were not replaced until after 4pm. Reception explained that new arrivals get priority, which i found unusual. Cleanliness was also sub-par, I noticed dust in the wardrobe and stains on the wall (disappointing).

The location was indeed very central. It was close to the town center. My room included laundry facilities which was useful. There was also a café onsite.

The standard room assigned to us had a big beam and I hit my head twice as I unpacked. It is a health and safety concern. There must be a measure in that area to prevent incidents. The focused lights in bed were very bright.
